The AI analyzes all responses to identify risk factors, generate comprehensive summaries, draft SOAP notes, and ensure accurate coding. Is it secure and compliant?

Absolutely. We're fully HIPAA compliant with end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Hosted securely on Microsoft Azure, we also offer Business Associate Agreements (BAA) upon request. For international practices, we support PIPEDA and GDPR compliance. Need complete control? Our enterprise license option allows you to host the platform on your own infrastructure, with regular updates every 6 months including new developments and AI enhancements.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation is quick and flexible. For straightforward setups, your account is ready within 24 hours of subscription, with an onboarding call initiated immediately. What support do you provide?

How do I cancel my subscription and export my data?

You can manage your subscription anytime through our Manage Subscription portal. To cancel, simply provide 30 days written notice via email or through your billing portal.

Important Data Export Timeframes:

• 60 days to export: After cancellation, you have 60 days to export all your patient data and reports from the platform
• 90 days retention: We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently delete it (unless legally required to retain longer)
• Healthcare provider responsibility: You must ensure data continuity for your patients and comply with applicable record retention laws
